Preferred Customer Agreement

Make sure your HVAC system is ready for the months ahead. Choate's Air Conditioning & Heating, Inc. does that for you with our Preferred Customer Agreement (PCA). Our PCA is your system's yearly maintenance check up - we come out twice a year to maintenance your system, once during the spring to get your system ready for the summer, and once during the fall to get your system ready for the winter.
